Prescilla Mascarenhas

Prescilla Mascarenhas is the founder of our organization. A self made business woman, she has been instrumental in taking Global HR from a startup to a full fledged Corporate entity that employs over 2000 people currently and provides services to Indian corporates and MNC's pan India. With over a decade's experience in hospitality and service, she brings with her a business acumen that is created out of wisdom and management experiences she has undergone. She also brings with her the warmth and empathy needed to humanize business transactions.

Robert Mascarenhas

Robert Mascarenhas, a cost accountant, a businessman and a hustler focused on expanding across India. It is his efforts that have played a key role in setting up Global HR across the country. His portfolio extends as a finance controller who ensures seamless and efficient operations, in line with industry compliance. Along with his proficient intelligence, he also is an ambitious and determined achiever who ensures we are always on the right track.
